Please be informed of the new trick used by fraudsters currently to defraud customers who have accounts in banks. Please please and please simply ignore and delete once you get this SMS. Any bank that needs you to update your BVN will require you to come to the bank yourself and not to call any number. Below is the format they currently use:
Dear customer, Due to the BVN validation in compliance with CBN bank directives, your ATM card has been de-activated call our help line on 08163730075
Dear Customer, Due To our BVN System upgrade your ATM CARD has just been de-activated, to re-activate, kindly call the interswitch customer care 09030735219
