Walked into one of the banks today to complain about a POS retract. I was told this can be simply done on my mobile banking platform. I initiated a complaint and in less than 1 min, i got an auto response stating this is being reviewed and they will revert in 24 hours. It was a pleasant experience for me.
Yaaaay.....finally, a platform that gives the banker and the banked an opportunity to shapen the industry. Banking in Nigeria today is now a game of survival of the fittest. The interest and satisfaction of the customers has been put in the back seat and I think every bank in the country needs to make customer satisfaction their watch word....
